GW28KW4D2 (Barefoot)

Due to Micheal P’s comment (yeah I blame that bugger!) I decided to run barefoot for this gateway to 8k workout.

* I feel f*ing liberated!
* Leg felt light!
* I can actually sprint towards the end of my 40 minute run! 4:30/km pace for a teeny while.
* I ran 6.06km in 40mins! Personal best, my race timing was 43 mins
* People gave me strange looks.
* I think the calves actually gets used this time round!
* @90kg, I felt like I’ve lost 10 kg
* No knee pain!
* Not tired at all, feel like I can probably do 1/2 marathon
* Heart rate reached 183 at the sprint point, has never gone over 175 before, lol

The bad bits:
* My big toes hurts now :(
* My feet was happy to meet Mr. Slippers at the end of the run

Will I do this again. Not sure, but my shoes sucks now, don’t feel like running in them either.. hmm
