I’ve been overweight all my life. Not only that, I’m quite weak too. But that’s got to change. I’m trying to change things bit by bit here, and hopefully, I should be able to see at least a good weight of around 80 in two years.
Yup, I’m not aiming for the sky or anything, but I believe it’s achievable. I’ve done it before. At least about 3-4 years ago, I was about 115kg and actually went down to 87kg. All this, through daily walks of 5km or more. 87 kg is not easy to maintain, the exercise don’t cut it anymore, and I start to see my weight gain back up. I got lazier.
Now that I’ve touched 100kg, it’s time to start fresh. I’m also documenting what I’m doing, exercise, as well as what I’m eating. Hopefully, with this, I’ll see my mistakes, and also what I’m doing well.
I’ll take daily weights thru the Hackers Diet, you can see I’ve got Garmin Connect documenting my activities. I’ll also post my adventures, if any. Thanks for hanging around.
